It reduces traffic to 3-4 times due to cache: once loaded pages (or files) are written to the cache and the next request is taken from the cache rather than from the Internet - at the expense of the saved and the traffic and loading time. HandyCache can cache any files transmitted on the HTTP protocol - even those browsers do not cache.
Either your web browser (and other programs) can use the HandyCache, and hence there is no need to download the same page multiple times to view in different browsers. Moreover, even without an Internet connection, you can view the previously visited pages and uploaded files.
